St. Patrick's Day Dinner

Dear Robbins Foundation Supporters,

This is the time of year that we ordinarily start planning our annual St. Pat’s Dinner and Auction. Unfortunately, there are still many uncertainties regarding public gatherings. We want to assure you though,

We are still here and we are very busy!

Teachers are teaching and students are learning. Behind the scenes there are many hands making sure that Robbins School is able to deliver the best possible educational experience under these difficult conditions. The Foundation has been busy as well. In September we sponsored a much deserved thank you celebration in gratitude for the many hours spent fine tuning our Distance Learning Program. In December we brought Papa Murphy pizzas to Robbins offering the community a night off from home cooking. The proceeds from this event helped to fund the purchase of student books to be used with the Accelerated Reading Program. We continue to fund the Porta-Potty expense. Given that there are no public facilities, this is a service to the community at large. Currently a small lending library is being constructed and will be installed near the Post Office in February.

You have been such a loyal bunch, and oh how we’d love to be throwing a party, but that just is not possible right now. We will, of course, let you know when we do! In the meantime, thank you for your past support. If you wish to make a donation now, that would be great. If not, we will see you at the party when at last we can gather!
