Daily Cleaning

You should clean your Cvs cool mist humidifier each day to prevent the growth of bacteria and mold in the water tank and the base. Here are the steps to follow:

  • Unplug the humidifier and remove the water tank from the base.

  • Empty any remaining water from the tank and the base.

  • Rinse the tank and the base with clean water. Do not use soap or detergent, as they may leave residues that can affect the operation of the humidifier.

  • Wipe the tank and the base with a soft cloth or a paper towel. Do not use abrasive or sharp objects, as they may damage the surface of the humidifier.

  • Allow the tank and the base to air dry completely before reassembling and storing the humidifier.
